11 years old today 💕

The love I have for you will never be matched with anything in this life that’s for sure.

You are my best friend, protector, hiking buddy & soulmate.

I am FOREVER grateful that life has bring us together and that you are the perfect one for me.

I am so blessed to see your puppies & grand puppies out in the world 🌍 and they are making you and me so proud 🥹

One of the things I love about you is also the thing people love about your offsprings and that’s temperament- sometimes untamed but still the most powerful asset that you have 💥

When I look back (and can’t believe you are 11 years old today), the most happiest that you have been - is really anytime we are together 💕

I will always choose you, Jax over anyone. (This was something I also told my husband before we married 😂). I said to him - Jax will always come first and if there’s ever time I would have to choose between you two - it would always be Jax. And he replied: “Yes, I know.” 😅

I hope you would stop chasing the delivery man and let them be.

How did she grow up so fast 🩷

I wish that I could have enjoyed the puppy time a little bit more but first of all she has been most wild puppy that I have owned for awhile 🧐

I think her and Jax are pretty much the same level of a dog but Jax didn’t have other dogs to play with and get tired 😴

Also, we didn’t have luxury of puppy daycare and things like that when Jax was puppy.

I couldn’t even think how much energy Ally would have if she would be the only dog 🤪

(But then again she wouldn’t have someone like Opie to teach her bad habits like chasing the wild life in the woods…..)

Ally has:

👉 Run away with Opie to the woods for 30+ minutes
👉 Ate a 🐝 and end up in ER vet
👉 Ate some mints but luckily good ones and we didn’t take another trip to the vet
👉 Stole food counters (multiple times 🤦🏻‍♀️)

She also hates the wire crate.

She is fine in car crates & kennels but she does not like a regular crate.

I remember trying to teach her for regular crate and just gave up because she would scream HOURS without stopping. Now she settles well in her kennel except if she is bored 😑

She drives me insane (daily) but I am also so obsessed with her 😍

Ms. Ally now 7 months and can’t wait what the future brings for us 🩷

Goals for this year with Ally:

🔥 Foundation obedience
🔥 Shows
🔥 Start tracking

If I would find a protection lessons/trainer that would fit our schedule I would definitely do that too.

Right now Ally has a busy schedule:

Monday - Daycare
Tuesday - Obedience/ show training
Wednesday - Her day off
Thursday- Obedience Level 1 group classes

Friday- Sunday - Hikes & running with the pack

Also, would love to add more socialization but seems I run out of hours & days 😀

One thing that I love about her is how compact size she still is.

Ally is already bigger than her 🤪

For reference:

Jax 10 years old - around 80 lbs
Opie 4 years old - around 72 lbs
Tara 3 years old - around 65 lbs
Ally 6 months old - around 55 lbs

I always get questions about the weight of my dogs and the breed in general so I thought I would share.

Year 2024 💫

So much happened this year that it’s almost hard to believe.

Hardest year of my life for sure.

I lost the most important person in my life. Anything that happened before or after that - really didn’t matter much. The countless hours of crying this year will never be forgotten.

Grief seems to be setting in a form that comes and goes. Everything I have in this life - would not been possible without you dad 💔😭

We always said Jax was your first grandchild. You loved him so much 💕

Otherwise, the year seemed to be all about puppies. My team was able to give a perfect start for these puppies and I am blessed to see how they are growing and their families are enjoying their new best friends.

The amount of cleaning and more cleaning, worrying and sleepless nights I have done this year has been insane and I will be glad to welcome 2025 and no puppies for this household. Well Ms. Ally is considered puppy still but she is growing so fast that she won’t be puppy much longer 🥺

By some miracle we were able to achieve things like Opie’s Grand Champion title 🥰 Something that I thought would never be possible. He is needing one more Rally qualifying trial run and then we are done with that too 😂 URO3 will be enough for me.

Looking back this year, it seems that so many days, weeks & months went by without any memory of them.

I shall make another post about our goals for 2025.

But I am looking forward just training my dogs without any super goals for this year.

One thing is for sure though - I want to get Jax in the show ring one more time 🩷
